Hard to find scattered pieces

It is easy to lose pieces under other pieces or when they are too far away from where we are working

i see 2 things to help here:

first :
maybe have a mini map that show the positions of all pieces on the puzzle table

second :
maybe have markers on the borders of the screen showing where the offscreen pieces are

a minimap was added, while it helps al lot it is not enough

maybe instead of the markers, have a button that makes the outline of all the pieces appear at the front of the screen and on the minimap to show the pieces that are hidden behind other pieces
