a.) <u><b>BID EVALUATION </b></u><br><br>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Bid Evaluation was carried out in accordance with the procedures stipulated in chapter of the procurement Guidelines 2006, Goods and works, published by the National Procurement Agency(NPA) and the relevant clauses in the instructions to bidders(ITB). </p>
