Checking for lost connection

Description

Whenever we lose connection, we automatically try to reconnect but the user doesn't know we are offline

Passing criteria

Whenever we lose connection, display Lost connection, reconnecting...

The only possible way to do this is probably to ping the server every 15-30 seconds using the irc.send() method
