Toolbar on Windows and OSX #13
Description
Description
The toolbar is shown on Windows and OSX with stuff unrelated to the app.
Passing criteria
No toolbar is shown on Windows.
On OSX, a toolbar has to be shown, so this is how it should look (for now):

- About
- Exit
