Review and update dependencies for the 0.2.0 release

Some of bardcast's dependencies have fallen out of date, they should be reviewed and updated as appropriate for the 0.2.0 release.

This should probably include an update to the latest songbird version, older versions of bardcast seem to be showing some struggles with the Discord API.
