- COMPLETE_ISSUE_CLEANUP_FINAL.md (temporary)
- ISSUE_CLEANUP_100_PERCENT.md (temporary)

KEPT ESSENTIAL DOCUMENTATION:
✅ README.md - Main documentation
✅ CONTRIBUTING.md - Contribution guide
✅ SECURITY.md - Security policy
✅ CHANGELOG.md - Version history
✅ .github/PROFILE.md - Repository profile
✅ .github/PACKAGES.md - Packages config
✅ .github/RELEASE_CHECKLIST.md - Release guide

RESULT: Clean documentation structure with no duplicates!
