Plugin cannot be enabled in Obsidian

I cannot get the plugin to load.
It will install, and say it installed successfully.
Then when I say "enable" it says "failed to load plugin".

I have reinstalled manually from Github.
Tried in other vaults: same problem
I am on the latest Obsidian release 1.9.2 and Windows 11
