Successfully implemented all requested improvements to the Unix timestamp converter!

• Implement current time initialization (fix hardcoded date)
• Add timezone display next to local time
• Create +/- buttons for time adjustments (second/minute/hour/day)
• Test the implementation

Changes Made:

1. ✅ Current Time Initialization: Fixed hardcoded date 2025-01-12T08:53:55-07:00 to use new Date() for current time initialization
2. ✅ Timezone Display: Added timezone to local time display (e.g., "12/11/2025, 12:55:40 PM (America/New_York)")
3. ✅ Time Adjustment Buttons: Added a responsive grid of +/- buttons for:
   • Seconds (+1/-1)
   • Minutes (+1/-1)
   • Hours (+1/-1)
   • Days (+1/-1)
4. ✅ Adjustment Logic: Implemented adjustTime() function that properly handles all timestamp formats and updates both timestamp and datetime inputs

Technical Details:

• Maintains existing auto-detection and format conversion functionality
• Uses responsive Tailwind CSS grid (2 columns on mobile, 4 on desktop)
• Properly updates both timestamp and datetime inputs when adjusting time
• Works seamlessly with all timestamp formats (seconds, milliseconds, microseconds, nanoseconds)
