[Feature Request] Mark steps as done to reduce noise in the on the map

I have a factory setup for what I want the weapons to be for the playthrough, I'm building on it over lots of milestones and it would be great to click off certain stages as done to reduce the noise on the graph.
I was changing items as inputs but then to re-calcs and says I can make more other items now or changes recipes so balancing this is hard without a "checkbox" for done
