Test resource files only in one place / improve structure

Like made in PR green-code-initiative/creedengo-java#175 for java plugin,
make same modifications to only have test resources files in one place (IT resources).

Second part
This second part is strongly linked with first part (thus, we can't create a new issue for it).
Like made inf PR green-code-initiative/creedengo-java#176, add a subdirectory for each rule with its id.
