Add support for --option=VALUE

Many programs support both --option VALUE and --option=VALUE syntax. It would be nice to have this here as well.

@suve I wrote a complimentary program to pasbuild https://github.com/andrewd207/PasbuildEditor to edit project files. it has a TUI program pb-editor and a one liner editor if you are brave pb-editor-cmd it's more meant for tools to process. it mostly outputs json.

pb-editor-cmd --module . --add-dependency package 0.1.0 . means the main project in a single project without submodules. The tab completion in bash removes some of the craziness. it will suggest already installed modules and the version. It can also do --get but pb-editor-cmd --module . will list all the current settings (in JSON)

compile everything with pasbuild compile and then you have two files

./pasbuildeditorcmd/target/pb-editor-cmd
./pasbuildeditor/target/pb-editor

It has a pretty long list of options but here are some examples.
It has pretty clever bash completion as well. install it with --install. Then run source ~/.bashrc

  Read project state:
    pb-editor-cmd --list-modules
    pb-editor-cmd --list-goals

  Set project properties:
    pb-editor-cmd --module pasbuildeditor --set project.version 1.2.0
    pb-editor-cmd --module pasbuildeditor --set project.author "Jane Smith"
    pb-editor-cmd --module pasbuildeditor --set project.license MIT

it also does some cool stuff like renaming module folders and updating other modules in the project

@andrewd207 Cool, but I fail to see what your program has to do with this issue.

It's just to set the options in a project file that pasbuild uses. Maybe I misunderstood :) I guess you meant accepting an "=" symbol also.
