Missing API declaration

Hello.
After I uploaded app to App Store Connect I receive "Missing API declaration" list from Apple

I'm using SPM for Consumer SDK, is it possible to fix somehow? Because, starting from May 1, Apple will reject the app

Environment details

1. Library version: 3.3.0

1. Upload App to appstore connect
