vscode plugin: internal dotprompt markers should not be exposed to the user

AFAIK, Dotprompt Markers (e.g., `<<<dotprompt:role:user>>>`) are not intended to be user facing, and are used internally by the library. They should not be considered for autocompletion, highlighting, etc.
