Could not connect to: ftp.aiub.unibe.ch

I try to run goGPS_MATLAB-1.0RC1 MATLAB 2018a then the program can not connect to: ftp.aiub.unibe.ch (any supported constellation)
So How can I sovle it ? and I have alitle bit experiouse about coding
