[bug] Extension settings are not findable by extension

Describe the bug

When you try to open the extension's settings from the extension itself (bottom of the settings dropdown), vscode applies the filter @ext:hansu.git-graph-2 but it should be @ext:gxl.git-graph-3. Because of the wrong settings filter, no settings show up.

To Reproduce

1. Go to Git Graph
2. Click on the settings wheel at the top of the view
3. Scroll down to the bottom and click on Open Git Graph Extension Settings
4. See error (no settings found)

Expected behavior

The relevant settings to this extension should be filtered down within the vscode window.
