Misc. bug: Header backdrop blur does not cover full width - WebUI

Hi,

I noticed that the backdrop blur effect in the header does not cover the entire width of the screen.

When scrolling through the chat, the text on the left side of the screen remains clearly visible behind the header, while the right side is blurred correctly.

Here is what I observed after looking at this issue for a few minutes.

The header uses md:left-[var(--sidebar-width)] so that it does not overlap the sidebar.

If md:left-[var(--sidebar-width)] is removed, it fixes the issue, but it covers the sidebar.

This can be solved by just giving the sidebar a higher z-index or conditionally apply the md:left-[var(--sidebar-width)] class based on the sidebar's open state.

Yep, this is okay as we don't use the blurred header at the top anymore.
