feat: chromedriver

in our case I believe IT controls what Google Chrome version is installed, and chromedriver (from sentry's brewfile, needed for acceptance testing) version needs to roughly? match that - i'm not sure if brew automatically accounts for this or blindly installs latest on brew upgrade --cask chromedriver, needs some investigation
