Attribute table with no-geom WFS layer glitch

Description

on current master, when open attribute table is open on a WFS layer with no geometry (or at least, it have been tested with it), the attribute table expands to full screen

Moreover, because of disposition of items, the X close is covered and it is not possible to close it anymore.

This doesn't happen with 2025.02.02, as you can see here

How to reproduce

• add to the map a WFS layer (with no geometry, at least this was the test I did, not sure it is the real what is the effective cause)
• Open the attribute table

Expected Result
attribute table opens below

Current Result
attribute table opens, but completely covers the map
there is no way to close it

• Not browser related
