I just stumbled upon your project, and it looks really interesting! Very excited to see so many of the libp2p features working together!

libp2p is awesome and we can now build decentralized applications much easier than ever 🎉.

I do have a few feedbacks on go-libp2p and would like to hear your opinions:

1. Advertising through DHT occasionally timeout, and from my observation it is actually successful. You can find my handling logic here. Previously I kept retrying on failure and sometimes the call hang forever.
2. I would like to control the TTL of my advertisement, so that nodes can be forgotten sooner after they go offline, and other nodes won't try to connect to the offline p2p addresses obtained through DHT queries. I see currently the TTL parameter has no effect on the advertise behavior and records are effective for 24 hours: source.
3. My experiment suggests that go-libp2p v0.20 breaks hole-punching, so I am staying v0.19.4 for now, can you have a look? (Maybe I was doing it wrong :D)
