fix cursor on richtextbox (calendarform)

when user clicks to add another event, if the mouse is on the richtextbox it adds an IBeam cursor instead of opening the prompt -> apply the same properties a disabled richtextbox would have

If we just disabled the richtextbox -> messes up the controls
