Carousel Block - carousel does not work with display conditions enabled

Describe the bug
Carousel block does not function properly when display conditions are applied (e.g., mobile-only or desktop-only visibility).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a Carousel block to a page and add images.
2. Add another Carousel block and add images.
3. Apply a display condition (show only on mobile and only on desktop for each Carousel block).
4. See error (carousel is not moving and stuck in one slide)

Expected behavior
The carousel should function normally when visible, navigation arrows and dots should appear and be clickable, and autoplay should work as configured.
