RPM-GPG-KEY_PGDG not found 

The redhat.yml tasks specifies key url to 
```
https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/RPM-GPG-KEY-PGDG 
```

While the correct url is

```
https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/keys/RPM-GPG-KEY-PGDG
```

There might be other issues with the postgresql installation for redhat flavour - will investigate.
