react-transform-hmr/lib/index.js missing

Hi would like to link an issue where "lib/index.js" is missing.
expo/create-react-native-app#698

In my case i used the one from this site as workaround.

Even when I add that lib folder I still get the error... I tried to remove the whole package and I am still having problems
