Issue while running Generate an OpenAI Completion

Trying running the code, however after connecting the app to a channel I'm getting (from slack) an error code while running Generate an OpenAI Completion

Interesting - assuming y'all followed steps here (https://github.com/fxchen/SlackGPT/blob/main/SETUP.md).

I debugged with someone else recently. They needed to add a credit card to their OpenAI account. We discovered this problem when we ran a sample curl to OpenAI using their key.

@amirhev @MarekSpalek is there any chance you could confirm you added billing information to you OpenAI account?
