needs Fast Power Cycle Device Recovery before tasmota-wifi is shown

Tried on a mini and miniR2. The scipt flashes the firmware perfectly, but after the firmware installation is complete, I cannot see the Tasmota-xxxxxx wifi network in my list.
I first need to do a Fast Power Cycle Device Recovery. After that, the tasmota-wifi is selectable and I can continue setting up the device.

How to perform the Fast Power Cycle Device Recovery:

1. Cut power from the device completely for 30 seconds
   

2. Power the device on and off six times with intervals lower than 10 seconds and leave it on after seventh time
   

3. Fast power cycle device recovery should activate and the device should be reset to firmware defaults

I have the same issue: after flashing the Tasmota-xxxxxx wifi network doesn't appear in my list.
Unfortunately neither Fast Power Cycle Device Recovery nor 6 button press solved the issue: the tasmota WiFi network still doesn't show up in the list.
The vblue LED blink once a second (maybe little faster...)
