Does not detect group mentions

Currently this plugin works if someone is mentioned directly as an individual, but will not detect team mentions. This is a pain, as I know a few people (Including myself) who are using this to manage their GitHub notifications and as a result are missing a portion of their mentions.

One easy trick would be to allow you to map gihub groups to slack channels. So if you had a group called "ui developers" for example, you could make a slack channel that all the UI devs joined. Then add a command like:

hubot <channel> is <group>
hubot notify <channel> of mentions

Similarly, I would like to have the is command so I can sign up other people for mentions anyway.
