Add recyclarr to the chart

Recyclarr would be useful as it manages all of the custom formats and quality definitions and should be very easy to add as it's has a truechart chart already https://truecharts.org/charts/stable/recyclarr/

Hi @Dialgatrainer02, thanks for the feedback! I have never heard Recyclarr before today to be honest. I will check it out now and come back later. In the meantime, @fonzdm do you have any feedback on this?

@imgios Recyclarr is very useful for Sonarr/Radarr. If you know TRaSH Guides, you know that it allows you to define rules and categories for triaging and scoring releases fed back by trackers. You define a list of rules you want/don't want and you can then sync them to your Radarr/Sonarr instances. For example, rules that score/filter on lists of trusted/untrusted teams can and will evolve, so you have to stay in sync. It's stateless, you feed it a YAML config and then it syncs to Radarr/Sonarr periodically.

Hi @kernelb00t, @fonzdm was about to include it in the roadmap, but there is currently some ongoing discussion about replacing TrueCharts dependencies.
