Include Scraparr in the main chart

Description

As discussed in #54, would be good to have also Scraparr Helm Chart in Servarr, maybe based on some condition (scraparr.enabled value?). The Scraparr Helm Chart can be found on imgios/scraparr, while the Scraparr app project can be found on thecfu/scraparr repository.

Would be good to enable the Scraparr deployment based on a parameter (e.g., scraparr.enabled)

Indeed seems cool! And service-dependant knobs to activate/deactivate certain services are needed, given the direction this is going with many more services.
