Split the functionality?

It might make sense to have separate repos for the "testing a submission facility" and the "generating mutations facility".

Maybe:

1. https://github.com/fmidue/prolog-test-server
2. https://github.com/fmidue/prolog-mutation-server

Where actually maybe the 1. could even be integrated as just another "app" into https://github.com/fmidue/prolog-programming-task.
