Rely on bootstrap for styling generic form components?

We could rely completely on Bootstrap for form styling, since forms are only relevant for Autotool. This would ensure both better component scaling for different screen sizes, as well as a more streamlined look when compared to the static frontend UI.

I would only need to add fitting CSS classes to the basic form components in Generic.FormInternal.

This would also cut a lot of the manual tinkering with layouts, as there are a multitude of Bootstrap classes that would automatically align components on a grid or flexbox.
