Bug Description

Flowset Explorer is not displayed in a specific Maven project.

Steps To Reproduce

Open the problematic project (attached in the archive).

new_project_wizard_2929.tar.gz

Current Behavior

Explorer is not displayed. Creating new project artifacts (BPMN, forms, etc.) via the context menu is unavailable in the project tree.

Expected Behavior

Explorer is displayed. Plugin work correctly.
