ocpp-client is currently using rust edition 2021. I propose to update it to edition 2024.
I also noticed that the code is not formatted according to the standard rustfmt formatting.
I would suggest to reformat the whole code using rustfmt.
I'm willing to do this work myself, but I would first like to know if those changes would be welcome, or if those are choices made on purpose ?
