Add please TTS filter option for twitch ! commands

Hi, it will be nice to have option in the TTS setting to filter out twitch commands beginning with "!"

Can you imagine, how is it, when streamer have marbles game and you hear 50 times !play and also winners table like:

The queue in TTS is then extreme.
And to switch the queue off and read only last message, as existing option, is not the right solution.

Even thought I do want to hear all the commands I also think this option is important/needed.
Under TTS settings we got "Ignore URLs" and "Ignore emotes" we need "Ignore commands" 😄
