0.1 release

We are quite close to having a release that we can ask for public feedback on, and one we can start using to generate mappings. These are the issues I think we need to fix before a first release:

• Change units approach to use external library #55
• Add nomatch argument to Flowmap for better statistics on unmatchable flows #50
• Add name field with case-insensitive matching? #46
• Add tests for flowmapper.cli module #40
• Double check implemented matching rules #8
• Switch to more flexible generic matching format #69
• Remove duplicated flows from flow lists before matching process #66
• Add optional path argument to Flowmap.to_randonneur and Flowmap.to_glad #67

For sure. Since I'm almost done with #46 following the pattern to store both the original and normalized versions of the flow properties can I add it to the list?
