Request: state / country

This isn't really an issue, but i can't create a pull request.

Is it possible to get the incidence for a state and the whole country like the "vaccination - overview" in MMM-Covid19-Vaccination?

@matze6486 had asked in his initial message if it is also possible for the whole country. That would be cool too. Then you could see your city, the neighboring districts, your state and Germany in a direct comparison in the list.

Would it make sense to sort the list only according to the incidence value?

I checked the data source, I'm using. It doesn't have the data for Germany available.

I'll search a source, which has the data available and include it.

Regarding the sorting: at the moment, it's sorted by:

1. States in the order given in the config
2. Counties/cities in the order given in the config

I can check to order it by the number. My suggestion:

1. States, ordered by incidence
2. Counties/Cities, ordered by incidence

If the country(Germany) is available, it would be at the top of the list.

Feel free to add your ideas.
