I learned about this repo through a codementor course you taught. What is the license of this repo? I was curious if I could use the UI parts (sass, components) for an open source project I want to create?

I don’t think I setup a license for it. Codementor provided the visual design, I did all the code. Feel free to use my code, but I’m not sure if Codementor has a license on the visual design.
