Hello, team FLSim!
When I try to install this framework on my existing environment by using pip install flsim (created by conda on both Windows and Ubuntu), the pip always try to install the torch>=1.8 depend on the dependencies, but I have already installed the torch-1.10.0-cu102 in my current virtual environment. Just like this, I only can successfully install it on the colab and run it directly. Looking forward to get your response, and thanks for your patient work!
