Not returning all expected results for search

Both of these results return only one library:

http://crystalshards.xyz/?filter=slugs
http://crystalshards.xyz/?filter=slug

there is a library here that has the term slug in the name, description, and the readme:

http://crystalshards.xyz/?filter=webslug

which I expected to return with "slug" and "slugs"

This likely means my searches for other libraries might be missing existing libraries that I am looking for.
