Add the ampl licence field to the gui

The solver needs ampl licence to run. https://ampl.com/licenses-and-pricing/ Every user should have this free licence to use solver. What is needed to be done is to add input form to the GUI

Once the gui sends out the AMPL license, the optimiser-controller should pass it on in the call to defineCluster

Is this still an issue? In the description who is the "user"?

• The logged in user
• The organization?
• Platform level.

If it is not the logged in user then

If it is the organization - AMPL can be set upon setup using the Backend of the GUI Controller, this can be done now, and quite trivial

If it is a the platform installation level - this should be a configuration value set during deployment

The user is the logged in user in the NebulOuS UI.
Howeverm this enhancement is not really crucial.
