When copying an application, we should be able to save the application midway

1. Copy an application
2. Open it and change only up to the "Resources" page
3. Save the application
4. Deploy the application

This will create an error in the backend. This will also cause the application to be unstable and crash all the time.

However if you copy the application, and go through all the wizard and save the application. Then the application can be deployed.
