Showcase the nodes that cannot be parsed

Many clients don't accept peer information, would be useful to extend the dashboard API to add metadata so we can showcase this number somehow..

The data doesn't quite support us to do this, since we are filtering nodes which we don't care about, how do we know the nodes that cannot be parsed are indeed important?
