New Users Not Added

I've tried adding new users to my lock and they are showing up in the app, but their codes do not work. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and I have the same issue. I uninstalled SmartThings app, and also I removed Lock Manager from my phone and re-added it, and now the only user that shows up in Lock Manager is the one I have been trying to add, but the code doesn't work. All the other codes that were working previously do not appear in Lock Manager.

I am getting this now as well. Have not had an issue for the last year or so, but this week I am getting error that the controller is failing to set the user code

I have seen the below error in ST logging when setting up a user code recently. Likely the source if you can confirm the same experience. Looks like the Groovy call in zwave-lock-reporting.groovy DTH.

org.codehaus.groovy.runtime.typehandling.GroovyCastException: Cannot cast object '[[code10, 1234]]' with class 'java.util.ArrayList' to class 'java.util.LinkedHashMap' due to: groovy.lang.GroovyRuntimeException: Could not find matching constructor for: java.util.LinkedHashMap(java.util.ArrayList) @line 654 (updateCodes)

Can anyone here troubleshoot this and resolve?
