Add additional summaries to Project Dataset Metric Report

It would be interesting and useful for projects to have a more detailed summary of their data in the manage_data/Project Dataset Metric Report - Python.ipynb tool. The additional views below will give users a more comprehensive understanding of their data usage imapct.

The following suggestions were brought up by an engaged user at the 2025 ESS PI Meeting.

Add optional views:

• Sort datasets by downloads
• Include view with file count next to downloads
• Add total file volume to download view (note that it isn't available for Tier 2 datasets yet)
• Include separate view of just datasets with registered citations, sorted
