Gather and document requirements for the Events subdivision, focusing on logistical, scheduling, and tracking needs. This will ensure the platform supports efficient management of events and their associated data.

Tasks:

  • Identify and interview stakeholders within the Events subdivision.
  • Collect current workflows, pain points, and desired improvements.
  • Document requirements for:
    • Integration with Google Sheets (for event control and inventory tracking).
    • Calendar and scheduling features.
    • Coordination flows with Digital and Design subdivisions.
  • Highlight dependencies on other subdivisions (Design for promotional materials, Digital for dissemination).
  • Produce a structured document (to be stored in /docs/requirements_events.md).

Acceptance Criteria:

  • A requirements document specific to the Events subdivision is created and reviewed.
  • Document includes details on integrations, inventory needs, and scheduling requirements.
  • Dependencies with other subdivisions are clearly documented.
  • Document is version-controlled in the repository.
