Collect and document the functional and non-functional requirements for the Digital subdivision and general department-wide features. This documentation will serve as the foundation for all subsequent phases.

Tasks:

  • Identify and interview stakeholders within the Digital subdivision.
  • Collect current workflows, pain points, and desired features.
  • Document requirements for:
    • User management needs (roles, permissions).
    • Task and content control system.
    • Integrations with Google Sheets and cloud storage.
    • Reporting/dashboard expectations.
  • Highlight dependencies on other subdivisions (e.g., Design, Events).
  • Produce a structured document (to be stored in /docs/requirements_digital.md).

Acceptance Criteria:

  • A clear and complete requirements document is created and reviewed.
  • Requirements are organized by category (Digital, General).
  • Identified dependencies are clearly flagged for future phases.
  • Document is version-controlled in the repository.
