Mystery image should return letter avatar

Ideally the user's first letter should be returned if they have not uploaded an image, this is how the google api/gmail does it.

@gkiely from where are you getting the Avatar letter url? is there any documentation of that api? if so, could you please share some real examples with email, this way we may be able to implement this functionality. Thanks!
