I do not see any spatial data in this README for the raw data I am using but there might be shapefiles elsewere https://github.com/robert-koch-institut/Abwassersurveillance_AMELAG. Didn't include this for now.
I think its a nice touch for visualisation but doesn't impact the analysis.
