update to match example files?

This dataset would benefit from having the full seismometer binary classifier notebook example configuration (as described here: https://epic-open-source.github.io/seismometer/user_guide/index.html#config-files). Currently if you follow the example you won't get all the necessary configuration files. Will drop a similar issue in the seismometer repo as well.
