Redesign dashboard UI for clearer operational monitoring

Problem

The original dashboard UI does not communicate current network state clearly.

• The page feels crowded and over-packed.
• Too many unrelated signals compete in the same view.
• The main dashboard story is unclear at a glance.
• Trend presentation is confusing and does not read as clear change over time.
• Important sections do not feel visually grouped.
• The KPI card visual language is cleaner than the rest of the dashboard, but that treatment is not applied consistently.

Impact

• Users cannot scan the dashboard quickly.
• The page feels closer to a dense explorer than an operational dashboard.
• High-signal sections are harder to identify.
• Navigation to deeper views is less obvious.

Expected Direction

• Use a cleaner command-center layout.
• Give each section one clear job.
• Make time windows explicit.
• Use lighter outlined card treatment consistently.
• Prioritize state, movement, and routing over density.
