[BUG] Onboard Repositories tab top padding mismatch vs Languages tab

Description

On https://gittensor.io/onboard, when switching to ?tab=repositories, the top spacing/padding inside the content card is visually tighter than ?tab=languages.
The Languages tab appears correctly aligned, but the Repositories tab content starts too close to the top border, causing inconsistent layout between tabs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open https://gittensor.io/onboard?tab=repositories
2. Observe the top spacing above the description row (Contribute to any of these projects to gain score and earn emissions) and controls (Rows, search).
3. Open https://gittensor.io/onboard?tab=languages
4. Compare the same top content area spacing in Languages.

Expected

Top padding/vertical spacing of the content container in Repositories should match Languages for consistent tab layout.

Actual

• Repositories tab has noticeably smaller top padding.
• Content appears closer to the top border than in Languages.
• Visual inconsistency between tabs in the same onboarding section.
